If you would like to take part in this fundraiser:
You should have received your Order Kit in your child's agenda. Your Order Kit includes: a Fundraiser Flyer, an Order Form, a 16-page Colour Catalog and a Collection Envelope.
Left-Hand Table on the Order Form:
This is not a door-to-door fundraiser and you do not have to sell to friends/family. As such, you do not need to fill-out the left-side of your Order Form, unless you want to include contact information from family and/or friends. We will only contact you directly if you place an order.
Right-Hand Table on Order Form:
Add the LETTER, NAME, QUANTITY, PRICE and TOTAL of EACH product you are ordering.
BOTTOM OF THe FUNDRAISER FLYER:
Make sure to fill-out your NAME, PHONE NUMBER, CHILD'S NAME and TEACHER'S NAME.
Include the completed Fundraiser Flyer and your Order Form in the Collection Envelope and send back to us in your child's agenda. If you are paying cash, please include exact change with your order. If you are paying by cheque, please include with your order and
make cheque payable to Lord Aylmer Home & School. If you are paying by e-transfer, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make your payment.
